Accurate information
Information you publish about yourself or your Work must be accurate. Do not misrepresent your identity, audience, past work or results.
Before hire
Before hire, only buyers start conversations. Messages contain text and links, with contact details softly masked.
Payment requests
Do not ask anyone to pay you outside UGCFriday before they have chosen you.
Reports and complaints
You can report a Profile, a piece of Work, a Package, a Brief or a message through Report. We review reports and do not tell the reported person who made them.
You can raise a complaint through the Grievance page. Reports are reviewed.
Review and action
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches the Terms of service, and we may pause related activity while we look into a credible report. Read the Terms of service for the full rules.
