Agreement
These terms govern your use of UGCFriday, operated by Cendryn LLC. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you use UGCFriday for a company or a Team, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
You must be 18 or older. We use your email to sign you in and to send account messages, and you confirm that when you accept these terms. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle your data.
UGCFriday serves creators and Brands in India and the United States. People elsewhere can browse.
What UGCFriday is
UGCFriday is a marketplace where Brands find and hire creators and creators get paid for Projects. Creators show their Work on a Profile and offer Packages. Brands find creators, post Briefs, receive Proposals and ask for Quotes. The features available to you are shown on the site.
We are not a party to the contract between a brand and a creator for the work itself. We do not employ creators, do not direct how Work is produced, and do not guarantee the quality or timeliness of any Work or Delivery.
We provide the platform as an intermediary. The contract for the work is between the brand and the creator.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, because that is how you sign in. Use one account per person or business.
Information you publish about yourself or your Work must be accurate. Misstating your identity, audience, past work or results breaches these terms.
Fees and plans
Amounts may be shown in your own currency: Indian rupees (₹) in India and US dollars ($) elsewhere. Displayed amounts are converted at one daily rate for convenience. The amount and currency you pay are shown before you confirm a payment.
Paid plans are not open today.
Scope, Delivery and revisions
The Brief, Proposal, Quote or Offer that the two sides accept defines the deliverables, the timing and the included revisions. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on a Delivery. Correcting work that misses a clear, agreed requirement does not use an included round.
A new concept, new asset, reshoot, new deliverable, changed platform specification or any other request outside the agreed scope is additional work. The creator may decline it or propose a new Offer. A brand may not require unlimited revisions unless the creator offered them in the accepted terms.
Payments
Project payments are not open today. UGCFriday takes no payment for a Project and pays no creator. Choosing a creator does not move money.
Your content and ownership of work
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give UGCFriday a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to run the service, for example on your public Profile.
Unless an accepted Package, Quote or Offer says otherwise, the creator keeps the copyright in delivered work. Any right for a brand to use the work is the one stated in that Package, Quote or Offer.
Creators confirm that the work they deliver is their own, that they have cleared any music, footage, likeness or location used in it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content. Do not misrepresent your identity, audience or past work. Do not ask anyone to pay you outside UGCFriday before they have chosen you, and do not interfere with the service or try to reach data that is not yours.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, and we may pause related activity while we look into a credible report.
Reviews and reports
You can report a Profile, a piece of Work, a Package, a Brief or a message. We review reports and do not tell the reported person who made them.
Liability
UGCFriday is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we give no warranty on the quality, legality, timeliness or fitness for purpose of any work commissioned through it. Those are matters between the brand and the creator.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a Project or any other matter is limited to the fees UGCFriday actually received from you for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or expected savings, however caused.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify us against claims by a third party that arise from content you posted, work you delivered or your breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account in Settings. Deletion checks for outstanding obligations first.
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where the law requires it.

Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. We will tell account holders about material changes before they take effect. For questions, use the contact page.
