1. 1Choose Login from the top bar.
2. 2Use an available method, such as email code, Google or Sign in with password.
3. 3For email code, enter the code from your message in the same screen.

Resolve a sign-in problem

1. 1Check the email address and look in spam for the code.
2. 2Use Forgot password? if you cannot remember your password.
3. 3Use another method already linked to your account or reach support through Contact.

Choose your next step

1. 1Open Start to prepare your creator Profile or Brand Workspace.
2. 2Use the account menu to select the Workspace you need.
3. 3Return to Inbox for conversations when messaging is open.

One account can represent a creator and Brand through separate Workspaces. Never send a password or sign-in code to another person.
